AIP’s PlatinumCare Flex Card provides for convenient payment to be made at the time of service and at any provider who accepts debit card payments.

Your AIP PlatinumCare Flex Card can be used with the primary business categories of vision, hearing, grocery and pharmacy services.

$450 annual for exams, lenses and frames

Hearing

$500 annual for exams and devices

Healthy Foods PLUS

$265 per month with no rollover; to purchase groceries and needed OTC items for chronic condition plan members

Over-the-Counter Supplies (OTC)

$30 per month with no rollover
