As a member of Tribute Health Plans you are entitled to receive a list of all providers (Provider Directory) and pharmacies (Pharmacy Directory) that are in the network. You are also entitled to receive a list of covered drugs (Formulary). If you would like a formulary, provider or pharmacy directory mailed to you, you may call Member Services at 1-866-488-5457 or email info@access-healthservices.com.
AIP Dual Advantage (HMO D-SNP) is a Health Plan with a Medicare Contract and a Contract with the Arkansas Medicaid program. Enrollment in AIP Dual Advantage depends on contract renewal.
Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Plan members, except in emergency situations. Please call our customer service number or see your Evidence of Coverage for more information, including the cost-sharing that applies to out-of-network services.
Benefits mentioned may be a part of Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill. Not all members will qualify.
